The Great Frederick Fair has been a staple for over 150 years and a week many people in the community look forward to. In simplicity, you definitely don’t want to miss out on attending the 2021 Great Frederick Fair. Besides the thrilling rides and the delicious foods lies the heart of an incredible fair; Agriculture. “Lettuce Turnip the Beet” and explore all things Frederick County Agriculture at the fair.
In building 13 you will find some of our farmers that have used agricultural products to create a unique craft beverage. In partnership with the Visit Frederick and Frederick Magazine, the wineries breweries, and distilleries will be on display all week serving you delicious beverages made right here in your home county. You decide which ones your favorite from the list below of some that will business that will be there:

Be sure to walk through the barns and take in the sounds and smells of all the animals that the kids have worked hard all year to get ready to showcase for this one week. There are also many educational activities to learn more about agriculture in Frederick County.
The fair kicks off on Friday September 17th with the honoring of the 2019 Farm Family of the Year, Ag Business of the Year, Ag Advocate of the Year, and the Young Farmer of the Year.
