Farms Spotlight: Full Cellar Farm

Full Cellar Farm grows fresh vegetables, herbs and cut flowers and sells pastured chicken, pork and eggs. Owner Kip Kelley spent his childhood on a sheep farm and later established Full Cellar Farm in Jefferson to continue his family’s farming tradition.

Full Cellar’s products can be found at a number of farmers’ markets in Frederick County, as well as several Washington, D.C. markets. In Frederick County, a Full Cellars stand can be found on Sundays at the Urbana Library Market, on Thursdays at the Everedy Square & Shab Row Market, and on Saturdays at the West Frederick Farmers’ Market. Full Cellar farm products available for sale at markets are wide and varied – including chicken, pork and eggs; a large variety of fruits and vegetables such as beets, cabbage, cucumbers, eggplant, melons, okra, peppers, tomatoes; as well as basil, garlic, and summer flower bouquets.
